Checking an FRN against all imported data

Of the left panel, start by clearing out any old selections by clicking the Clear Selection of the left panel. Then click on the field FRN, click the Set Parameter Column button and then the Next button.

On the Field Selection window, type in the FRN of the applicant into the green field and then click Next.

If the applicant has tested with you from an earlier exam session, then those sessions will be listed in the SQL Result window. If the SQL Result is blank, then the applicant is new to your sessions.

Unique data listing

Of the left panel, start by clearing out any old selections by clicking the Clear Selection of the left panel. Then click on a field which you would like a report on (like states as an example). Then click on Set Select Column and then Next.

On the Field Selection window, click Next. On the SQL Result window, click the Filter data as unique button to get a listing which has unique data.

Please keep in mind that the more fields that you initially select, the longer the unique listing will be.

A quick check of an applicant's data

Of the right panel, start by clearing out any old selections by clicking the Clear Selection of the right panel.

Then double click on any applicant in the listing. A quick message will pop up with the information. Click on Okay when you are finished.

Right panel Listing

The listing in the right panel is sorted by the session date. The session date is the default sort with the newest date at the top of the list. The radio buttons at the bottom of the right panel can be set to any of the columns of the listing.

To sort by FRN, click on the FRN radio button and then on the Sort List button. If you wish to flip the order of the listing, click on the Sort Direction Toggle button.
