ixi_tx_test

Ixian DLT transactions test script on python.

Where:

• address = DLT node address (http://localhost:8081)
• wallet_to = wallet address to which will be sent ixi
• time_out = the time interval between transactions
• tx_quantity = quantity of transactions in test
• tx_sum = one transactions sum in ixi
