Feat/zayo mcp server

• Multi Agent achitecture implemented
• Zayo MCP server integrated
• Zayo MCP token will be generated on this repo server start, we need to setup environment variables for this.
• Agents working and tested, TODO: Zayo tools not yet tested
• Agent <-> topcoder MCP tool calls changed to local ip based from direct tool calls previously,
  Reason: if ToolsService imported in Agent module, module constructors failing, i don't know why,
  AI told: using @Inject(REQUEST) causes such error which we are using at tools implementation QueryChallengesTool etc

Code formatter changed double quotes to single quotes as per this repo requirements, so, it looks like a lot of changes on commit zayo init
