Only 'float' type instantiated. ~2.5 .so size drop.
Note: this test would build for Android but when run on device, fails for reasons other than reduced type set .
Test runs on Linux if I build cutorch with reduced set.
This is to accomodate/test torch/cutorch#683, but it doesn not directly depend on it.
