THANOS

THANOS (Tract Harmonizing Autoencoder Network Operator System), is a deep learning based tool which uses adversarial training on variational autoencoders to harmonize tract profiles between different sites/scanners.

We should eventually have a quick intro paragraph about what our tool does, and then some how-to steps for running it on new data.
