- Add missing services to table (registry-cache, scratch-cleaner, pov-reproducer, competition-api, ui) and frontmatter description - Add orchestrator_delete_task_queue to queue table, diagnose.sh, and failure-patterns.md queue loop - Add OpenTelemetry/Signoz telemetry debugging section - Add kubectl availability check and configurable namespace to diagnose.sh - Complete failure-patterns.md queue loop from 7 to all 13 queues - Rename README category from "Trail of Bits Tools" to "Infrastructure" Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
