Toggle Autotuning

Toggle the Windows TCP autotuning level in the system tray.

Inspired by https://github.com/imfriendly/ToggleWebHelper and FSOS Game Mode

Features

• Tray icon also displaying current autotuning status on hover
• Left-click to toggle autotuning
• Right-click menu to exit the app
• Automatically starts on Windows login
• Runs as a background item
• Icon switches colour when toggled

Usage

1. Go to the repository if you aren't already
2. Click “Code” -> “Download ZIP”
3. Extract the downloaded folder and right click ToggleAutotuning.bat and select "Run in Powershell" and agree to give elevated permissions

Note: You may have need to expand the system tray (up arrow (^) on the taskbar) to see the icon, otherwise it will be located on the taskbar

Prerequisites

• Windows PowerShell 5.1 or newer
• Administrator privileges
