using query param select
select query param fix for GET by _id and referenced attributes
Fixed sort function defined by query or pipelines.
Introduction of max count limit when performing a count query.
minimal limit for aggregations with nested query or sort
Refresh master.
Fixed parsing FORMIO_AGGREGATE_MIN_LIMIT env property's value.
Fix skip parameter when populate exists.

getFindQuery now supports $and condition which enabling more queries with the same name and operator.
