Sorry @mpiekunk for the delay. We actually verified the permission requirements and the view cluster role is not enough. The permission is needed for operator itself not for lemur. And for the operator, since it's going to start prometheus and grafana, and the View cluster-role is not enough to start the two. The minimum cluster-role should be the minimum required for Prometheus and Grafana. |

As we discussed at KubeCon, the operator service account shouldn't need cluster-admin permissions since it is only viewing cluster resources. Changed the role to the built-in "view" cluster role.
