* PHP-8.3: Use EVP_MD_CTX_destroy() instead of EVP_MD_CTX_free() for compatibility and consistency
* PHP-8.4: Use EVP_MD_CTX_destroy() instead of EVP_MD_CTX_free() for compatibility and consistency
* PHP-8.5: Use EVP_MD_CTX_destroy() instead of EVP_MD_CTX_free() for compatibility and consistency
By preallocating the array to the right size and using a packed fill, we can avoid reallocations and use the fastest way to fill the array.
