While having a new its is great it seems that the solution does not match the PR description.

According to the stackage site [1] lts-24 still use the ghc-9.10.2, and in order to use 9.12.2 we need to switch to nighly e.g. [2]

I've tried to verify myself and used nix shell or stack build --system-ghc but in all the cases ghc-9.10.2 was selected.

I've also added one suggestion to the shell file, it does allow to install ghc-9.12.2 but it doesn't affect stack (at least for me)

@facundominguez what do you think, should be add nighly for ghc 9.12?
