Since node v7 the old function no longer exists.

This should demonstrate that the library is currently broken
It's pretty old and the tests won't even run.

Since node v7 the old
_normalizeConnectArgsfunction no longer exists. This PR changes the 2 places where this function is used, and use the newer_normalizeArgsif it's available.This fixes #3
