Added a static HTML file which implements an explorer for our bucket. It is based on Amazon's one as used by NIFs but with a few of changes.
Will read from our bucket at STFC
Since we have many objects in the shots level, the explorer will show a spinning wheel while objects are being read.
It will work with your browser's back and forward buttons.
