Initial Alpha Release

This is the first public release of defin — a Linux-only system tool that detects missing C++ dependencies and resolves them to installable packages using distro-specific mappings.

Includes:

• Core header + JSON resolver logic
• CMake-based install system
• Community-powered JSON mapping database
• Strict licensing with JSON MIT exception
