specifically _sws_WindowSwitcher_CloseWindowById()
Also moved the check for if the window is the desktop inside CloseWindowById() and made it return a BOOL representing if a window close of not.

Little know fact: you can press the "del" key in the original alt-tab menu to close the selected window.
I reimplemented this feature but bound it to "Q" instead.
