Does the hubs.la link provide value? You can link to the signup form more simply by changing the link to #email-signup (i.e. [subscribe](#email-signup))

I'll put on my grammarian hat here.
If you use a : colon then the subsequent bullets should be full sentences with proper punctuation or you should use a , at the end and not capitalize the first word. The last sentence gets a . ending.
