Fixed settings render issue in new ST app
-Refresh metadata after performing action to force UI to update -Added logic to prevent 'Ready to cast' being placed in the song string when the 'application' key is not populated -Found that reformatting the track description causes the new ST app to display the metadata correctly over two lines
Cast devices should only be 3 statuses for new ST app to show their status and change icons. 'playing','paused','stopped'
-When cast device is added, it will now subscribe to the speaker for updates, providing near-realtime information refresh in the UI -Added toggle on preferences to force refresh on button press/actions -Pressing on/off will force a subscribe action
