In this repository you can find the code necessary for the generation of the results of the article entitled: 'Vapour pressure deficit is the main driver of tree canopy conductance across biomes' whose authors are: Víctor Flo, Jordi Martínez-Vilalta, Víctor Granda, Maurizio Mencuccini, Rafael Poyatos.
To generate all the tables and figures of the study you should use the script code 'Analyses_4.0.R'. The data can be found in the following repository: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.5517725
