Hello from Pillly

This is the first pre-release version of Pillly, my privacy-first pill reminder app for Android. With this pre-release version I want to get first feedback in from other devs/users and see if before full-release I could take the app even further and work on some useful features. Right now the app is very simple - like an alarm clock literally.
