окей, давай так. при j=0 мы очевидно должны пройти всю строку, т.е. i от 0 до c_kM - 1 включительно, А это от l до r включительно. Тогда почему строгое неравенство?

согласен, Саша. не просматривается "правый" диагональный элемент.
