The purpose of this short assignment to allow you to further tinker with and become familiar with CSS positions.
##Create a CSS stylesheet##
The repo doesn't yet have a stylesheet. Create one and included with index.html with the <link> tag.
##Position div elements##
Using the position and width CSS settings, lay out the page so that it resembles the attached image.
