Updated for Leaflet 1.7

• Add .gitignore
• Replace Grunt with Webpack
• Update for Leaflet version 1.x
• Bump version to 0.4.0 as Leaflet<1.0 won't be supported anymore
• Don't mention issue with Android 2 anymore
