Dependency update to chopper 8.0.0

• update chopper to 8.0.0
• replaced String with URI as chopper now expects a URI as baseUrl

I also bumped the package version to 3.2.0, though we might want to change this to 4.0.0 as the switch from String to URI could be considered a breaking change

hi @Werkaninchen I created a new release and bumped the version of the wrapper to 3.2.0 please check it out and let me know. I couldn't use your pull request because some other dependencies and updates needed to occur. Would you be ok if we close this pull request and see if the update that we created is fine for you?
