Introduces support for multiple key roles (Owner, Charging Manager) with UI for generating, activating, and removing keys per role. Legacy keys are automatically migrated to the Owner role on startup. Updates dashboard, handlers, BLE control, and command logic to support role-based key selection and secure key file permissions. Enhances security notes and user guidance in the UI.
