Implemented major enhancements for the Raidman plugin to support "Big" management features from an iOS app:

  1. System Control: Added endpoints to reboot and shutdown the server.
  2. Array Operations: Added endpoints to control the Unraid array (start, stop) and maintenance tasks (parity check, mover).
  3. Docker Management: Expanded container control beyond pause/unpause to include start, stop, restart, and kill.
  4. File System API: Added read-only file browser API to list directories and download files, scoped to /mnt/user by default.
  5. System Stats: Added a real-time WebSocket stream for global CPU load, Memory usage, and Disk usage.
  6. Safety: Implemented RAIDMAN_DEV environment variable check to mock destructive commands during development/testing.
