To increase the number of women that are actively involved in STEM fields as well as ensure that the digital gap is bridged between male and female within the technology ecosystem.
W4Tech is designed to bridge the gender technology gap by helping women access training and educational opportunities in areas of STEM and Information Technology (IT) through meetups, workshops, seminars and conferences.
To provide Leadership / Teamwork Skills and develop brighter and better IT Personals(women).
