This PR sets up tests to run when changes are pushed to master or when a pull request is created.
Note: The tests are currently failing, but the failures are unrelated to the changes in this PR.
While investigating, I found that with Crystal 1.16.0 the tests crash with a segmentation fault. With Crystal 1.15.1, there are still some errors, but it's more stable, so I’ve pinned the version to 1.15.1 for now.
