Hello @Presskopp, Thanks for working on this. We do have plans to redesign the log page to match up with the rest of the plugin design. We'll look into this GH ticket altogether when working on it |

Description
This change is to make the names consistent, so 'DB Backup' got changed to 'Database' to match 'Files' and 'Plugins' in the Type column.
