Model ids quest history and auto rewards

• Enable option for modelId constraints to allow custom items in item quests like donate and craft
• Save previous quest data to a file
• quest history display UI
• give offline players rewards immediately when they log back on
• smelt and brewpotion quest
• enchantment quests can be for specific items and enchants
• refactor filter logic and improve docs for (entities, materials, mobNames etc.)
• tab completions on commands
• fix hologram issue when decent exists but no config is defined.
• fix reload for disable duplicate block break / block place config option
• new historyMenu / completed messages
• added reward display config option
• bStats
• collective quests!

• give optional final quest message when player logs back on (done but not optional)
