now the buttons are swapped everytime you choose "Ja" and stay the same when you say "Nein"

Da es in der Benutzung nicht intuitiv ist, dass "Nein" auswählen zu einer Änderung führt, wird so immer dann die Buttonbelegung getauscht, wenn "ja" gewählt wird.
