First version of Call of Duty 1.5x

• new UI element (cg_xui_fps)
• Discord Rich Presence
• unlocked FOV,thirdperson and thirdperson angle
• Support for disabling jump slowdown
• bugfixes

HOW TO INSTALL:

• unpack CoDMP.exe , cod5x.dll to CoD1 directory and run the game, after opening you should see in right corner 1.5x (2401)
