Before it always hard-coded HTML 5 as version as long as 'html' was given in the '<!DOCTYPE'. Afterwards it can also detect HTML 4.01 strict, transitional and frameset.
Adjust `nightly::search_non_ident` to include same characters as `util::is_ident` Incorporates additions from PR y21#48
