HttpClient的retry机制和afinal原有的retry机制冲突了，如果我设置重试2次，那么在原有的代码中就会发现客户端向服务器发送了9次请求（实际跑的数据，没有做具体论证），如果把afinal在HttpHandler当中处理retry的逻辑去掉，这个问题就可以解决，那么实际上这时我们的把retry的工作完全交给了HttpClient。
