Feature: Sync casting breakdown

Add sync process and listener for casting breakdown in Kitsu.

Additional review information

It creates Ayon breakdown links by default.

Testing notes:

1. Make sure a project is paired
2. Push the addon
3. Set it to your bundle
4. Enable the sync setting
5. Start a worker with this version (local or docker)
6. After fullsync, you should see breakdown links.
7. When the listener is running, you can add or remove casting in Kitsu to see them synced in real time.
