RSAVEvent support frame/packet/exit/abort events. Send abort event when caught TERM/INT signal. Send exit event when input file reached EOF. Add -rdynamic to LDFLAGS Add SIGSEGV and SIGABRT handler to print call stack.
ffplay and SMPlayer both OK. writev() will cause uncaughtable exception if write more than about 5 seconds buffer to rtmp server.
