- updated Cargo.toml (major change: tokio="0.2" => tokio="1")
- added run_tests.sh to run rusty_tarantool tests using tarantool docker (no need to install tarantool)
- cargo clippy issues fixed
- incremented version: 0.2.10 => 0.3.0 (due to tokio="1")
