Expose zigpy OTA release_url metadata in update entity

Proposed change

This exposes the release_url from zigpy's BaseOtaImageMetadata. Tests for changelog*, release_notes, and release_url are also added. No additional changes are needed in Home Assistant Core.

Requires zigpy PR:

• Add release_url to zigpy OTA image metadata zigpy#1722

Note on changelog

*: Due to our hard-coded release_notes OTA notice in HA, I don't think that the short changelog will ever show up in HA. But we prefer release_notes anyway.
