also added in a simple bower.json file re: #17 forgot that adding another commit on the branch adds it to the pull request. ^^ |

Form elements can be outside forms with the for attribute, so this fix seems to make sense.
html5Widgets.js also had inconsistent line breaks, Coda suggested I standardize them, sorry about the noise in the commit. :)
