- Tap the ➕ icon.
- Select a notification to base the filter on, or "Skip" if you wish to choose the package manually.
- Use the text field to search for the app/package to target. You can search for the app name or the package string.
- Choose which part of the notification you wish to target, and enter valid regex. This can be as simple as a plain keyword, or as complex as a full-fledged pattern. Refer to the examples and tips for more information.
- Select an action to perform when the filter is matched against an incoming notification. The default is dismissal.
- If you wish for a button to be pressed, enter another regex pattern to target a button to press.
- If you wish them to collected into batches, choose the batch length.
- Set a schedule for the filter to be active during. The default is all day, everyday.

DELAYaction: Whenever the filter becomes inactive, the delayed notifications will be released.

- Tap on a filter to expand it.
- The four icons correspond to "toggle history", "toggle filter", "edit filter", and "delete filter".
Tap the ⚙ icon in the top left to head to app settings.
