Letter Machine will be, functionally, a vending machine with the following stock:

High Priority Letter

• More or less the old system. Deliver mail to players. The catch is that you only have 5 minutes to find them and deliver it. Each player has a 10 minute cooldown for how often mail can be assigned to them.

Medium Priority Letter

• Deliver mail to NPCs. Use your punchcard (details below) to locate an NPC and deliver the letter in 10 minutes or less.

Low Priority Letter

• Deliver mail to mailboxes. Locate them with a city map or your punch card.

Empty Letter

• DIY letter. Using it on the machine after being sealed with a blank mark adds the letter to the High Priority Letter pool, and will always be chosen before random letters. Custom Letters have no expiry time and incur no cooldown.

Blank Mark

• Used on the Empty Letter to seal it.
• Specify a recipient and some details about how to find them.

Marks, rather than just being redeemed for money, can now be exchanged at the letter machine for rewards.

Punch Card - Free

• Can attach marks to it. When you reach 10 marks, can be redeemed for 300 dollars. Can be used to locate NPCs on Medium Priority Letters and mailboxes and Low Priority Letters.

Postman Outfit - 5 Marks per piece

• Hat: NPCs will walk towards you when you point at them instead of standing still
• Uniforms: Chance to get an extra mark
• Bag: Allows letters to be delivered by throwing them to the recipient/mailbox instead of clicking on them/handing it to them.
• Pouch: Hold up to 10 letters on your belt slot.
• ID: Marks automatically get added to the punch card

Punch Card Upgrade: Tracking - 50 Marks

• Allows limited player tracking for High Priority Letters
• NPC tracking is more precise

Punch Card Upgrade: Storage - 10 Marks

• Punch card can now hold 10 more marks.
• Stacks four times, for a maximum withdrawl of 1500 dollars.

Punch Card Upgrade: Checking - 10 Marks

• Allows withdrawl of a bank note that can be redeemed at any ATM from your punch card.

Punch Card Upgrade: Slowpoke - 10 Marks

• Double the time limit on High Priority and Medium Priority letters
