Add WatchableAsyncStatus support to the xbpm_feedback status

Required for

• hyperion-supervisor monitoring of hyperion-blueapi progress + alerts for no beam and other cases where hyperion is stuck mx-bluesky#1633
  which addresses
• Hyperion: Think of a way to do a global timeout/heartbeat for plans as well callbacks mx-bluesky#1362

This makes the xbpm_feedback device trigger() method return WatchableAsyncStatus which enables blueapi to send ProgressEvents regarding it.

• If changing the API for a pre-existing device, ensure that any beamlines using this device have updated their Bluesky plans accordingly
