Added ferret now that it's active and compatible cross-platform. This was motivated by platform independence constraints for DPG and possibly grants.
There are security implication to how this is set up, least of all I have turned auth off. Keycloak is running and shares a postgres with keycloak which is barely secured. Please use sensibility when working with security.
Tested manually for slide add, annotation add, annotation review capabilities. Smoke tested keycloak functionality.
