This addresses part of #80. I've been taking a few notes while going through and getting a feel for our components, and I pulled enough together for a first pass at a "Getting Started" guide.

This gives a bit of an overview of what the justa-table component sets out to do and describes most of the "public" options that it takes.

There's certainly a larger story around using something like ember-yuidoc at some point, but this feels about right for the amount of info we might want to provide before linking there.

I'm glad you were able to get started on this. This has been on my TODO list for way too long.

As a side note, once we get this addon a little further along and stabilized, it would be good to chat a bit about overall directions and such and what we need to do to make it really good.

Good to go in after #112.

@cball I'm going to go ahead and merge this given that #115 will fix the current CI errors being flagged here.
