The commit upgrades mocha and its testing dependencies to run with node >= 6.4.0. As noted in [node-mitm@1.3.2](moll/node-mitm@446cb7e), [node.js 6.4.0](nodejs/node@28071a1) updates its buffer encoding. The testing dependencies unexpected-mitm needed an upgrade to fix type error running unit tests. (cherry picked from commit 24e72ae)
