We met via gitter on March 11 to see where things stood from the previous list. Discussion/meeting minutes are in gitter. I am going to summarize the action items here as best as I can:

###Sprint 1: Catch up with that has been done and what remains to allow people to develop and contribute to the PHPWomen website

  • create Contributing.md (E)

Jenny described how the new workflow will work with the new Travis CI and `master` and `production` branches.
Emily will summarize this into a contributing file and submit it for review using a Pull Request for #20

  • INSTALL.md instructions to use VVV to run the website locally. (D)

      update with local install/configuration instructions

Damiano will look at the configuration steps with VVV and document instructions. This will make it easier for our contributors to get up and running more simply. Emily and Jenny will help with this as needed.

  • upgrade WP version (J)

Jenny is going to confirm that this is done

  • set a default theme (Lovecraft for now and mostly layout)

  • webhooks (J)

We are pretty sure these were for the Travis integration which was helped along by @AndyJS. Thanks, Andy!

Still to be done is to review the notes and make sure I didn't miss other action items. But I will do that when I begin documenting the contributing.md, since I can start at the top of the meeting then.

  • create google drive folder to share with the group (E)

  • site translations (T?)

Thamara suggested that we have Brazil and Portuguese domains and translate the website. We agreed on the translation part, but referred her to Michelle and Lineke about the purchase of domains.

      Prerequisites are:
       - site content
       - members willing to translate the site from English to Portuguese.

=====

  • site direction

After the meeting we were able to get resources from Michelle, here
