hmm. since DPDY has the community-built refs for orchestrator, maybe we need a new rule in the script that generates the DPDY so that if the plugin is
- TP or GA supported, and
- exists in quay.io
we use the quay.io/rhdh reference instead of the ghcr.io one.

Actually, since the Orchestrator plugins are already part of the dynamic-plugins.default.yaml (but disabled by default), I feel like this whole section of orchestrator plugins could be simplified like so:

url: http://sonataflow-platform-data-index-service.{{ .Release.Namespace }}Using the new {{inherit}} string (introduced in 1.9.0) to inherit the version from the default. This way, we won't need to bother keeping up with the plugin versions.
Also, no need to repeat the same pluginConfig, unless we need to change some parameters (here only dataIndexService depends on the Helm release).
I haven't tested this {{inherit}} string in the values file, but I guess you might need to escape the curly braces, otherwise Helm might complain..

Updating orchestrator npm packages to the relevant OCI Artifacts to reflect updates to RHDH.
npm packages were causing the scaffolder plugin to throw an error during startup

Deploy Helm-based instance of RHDH with the orchestrator plugins enabled.
