@wjwwood: I will send a couple of additional PRs in the coming days, for some other basic blocks of the ROS4HRI project (in relation to the REP-155 proposal).

I also expect relatively frequent updates to these packages in the coming weeks, as the REP is currently under public scrutiny, and I expect more changes to appear.
