Adding a GitHub CI workflow so the test are automatically run when a new pull request is created or a new commit is pushed to the master branch. This will make it easier to update Ruby and the gems to a more recent version in a separate pull request.
Also removed the
.rspecconfig files since the test suit uses minitest, not RSpec.I tested the GitHub actions on a separate repository and it seems to work. I can not run them on this repo, I suppose the owner needs to activate it. Feel free to close if you don't want new pull requests on this repository.
