Fix the undefined method, `online_key` and replace it with the correct method name, `stack_public_online_key`. Fix key URL to use HTTPS. Add option to enable/disable the verify peer functionality within Curl. Note, `boolval` is only available in PHP > 5.5.0
HTTPS isn't ready and working yet.
