Why: Automate discovery or creation of SENDx via SuperTokenFactory use, mirroring official ABIs with viem+Hardhat. Test plan: - CREATE_WRAPPER=true bunx hardhat run scripts/wrapper/create.ts --network anvil - Verify deployments/wrapper.*.json updated.
